You Must Be 18 or Older

Wintaka is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to register an account, make a deposit, or play any game on the Wintaka platform. Age verification may be requested at any time and accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately with any balance returned.

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted one Wintaka account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, or the same payment method — is a violation of Wintaka's terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and any pending bonuses being forfeited.

Bonuses Have Wagering Requirements

All bonuses on Wintaka — including the welcome bonus — come with wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the bonus terms at the time the bonus is offered. Wintaka does not hide these requirements.

Your Account Is Personal and Non-Transferable

Your Wintaka account belongs to you and cannot be transferred, sold, or shared with another person. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Wintaka will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your password.

Withdrawals Go to Verified Payment Methods Only

Wintaka processes withdrawals only to payment methods that have been verified and used for deposits on your account. This policy protects players from fraud and ensures that winnings reach the correct person. Withdrawal requests to unverified methods will not be processed on Wintaka.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the Wintaka platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Wintaka. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Wintaka platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by Wintaka, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports-related games, promotional offers, and all payment transactions processed through the Wintaka platform. They apply to all players regardless of the device used to access Wintaka — whether that is a desktop browser, a mobile browser, or the Wintaka mobile application.

Wintaka reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Wintaka platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Wintaka will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of significant changes via email or platform notification where practical.

02 Eligibility and Age Verification

To use the Wintaka platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. Wintaka does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or play on the platform under any circumstances.
  • You must be accessing Wintaka from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Wintaka employee or contractor.
  • You must not be self-excluded from the Wintaka platform or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that covers Wintaka.
  • You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Wintaka reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time. This may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested by Wintaka may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

If Wintaka determines that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made will be returned to the original payment method, but any winnings generated will be forfeited. Wintaka takes underage gambling extremely seriously.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of Wintaka services, you must register a player account. Registration on Wintaka is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details.

You are permitted to hold only one active account on Wintaka. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are a violation of these terms. If you discover that you have accidentally created a duplicate account, you must contact Wintaka support immediately to have the duplicate closed. Wintaka may merge or close duplicate accounts at its discretion, and any bonuses associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

  • All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and confidential. Do not share your Wintaka login credentials with anyone.
  • You must notify Wintaka support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your Wintaka account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
  • Account details including name and date of birth cannot be changed after registration without identity verification. Contact Wintaka support if you need to update your details.

Wintaka uses industry-standard encryption to protect your account data. However, the security of your account also depends on you keeping your password private and using a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.

04 Deposits and Payments

Wintaka accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile banking platforms in Bangladesh. These payment methods were integrated into Wintaka from the platform's launch and are the primary means of funding your Wintaka account.

The minimum deposit on Wintaka is ৳20. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by Wintaka, though your mobile banking provider may have its own transaction limits that apply independently of Wintaka's policies. Deposits are credited to your Wintaka account in real time in the vast majority of cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact Wintaka support with your transaction reference number.

  • All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Wintaka does not accept deposits from third-party payment methods.
  • Wintaka does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your mobile banking provider are outside Wintaka's control.
  • Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact Wintaka support immediately if you believe you have made an incorrect deposit.
  • Wintaka reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals to any payment method used for deposits.
  • Deposits made using fraudulent payment methods will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

05 Withdrawals

Wintaka processes withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket within two hours under normal operating conditions. This is one of Wintaka's core commitments to Bangladesh players and the team works hard to maintain this standard every day of the week.

The minimum withdrawal amount on Wintaka is ৳100. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though very large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification before processing.

  • Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been used to make at least one deposit on your Wintaka account.
  • Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal can be processed. This is a one-time requirement.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been fully met.
  • Wintaka does not charge withdrawal fees. Your mobile banking provider may charge a receiving fee independently.
  • Withdrawal requests submitted during scheduled maintenance windows may experience delays. Wintaka will communicate maintenance windows in advance where possible.
  • Wintaka reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that appear unusual or that exceed certain thresholds.

If your withdrawal has not arrived within two hours of being approved by Wintaka, please contact support with your withdrawal reference number. In most cases, delays are caused by the receiving mobile banking platform rather than Wintaka's processing systems.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Wintaka offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

All bonuses on Wintaka are subject to wagering requirements. This means that before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn, you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the bonus offer. Wintaka does not hide wagering requirements or change them after a bonus has been claimed.

  • Bonuses are credited to your Wintaka account automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions, or manually by the Wintaka promotions team within 24 hours.
  • Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Wintaka reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Once claimed, the bonus terms in effect at the time of claiming apply.
  • Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.
  • Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the specific bonus terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
  • Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Live dealer games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. The contribution rates for each game category are stated in the bonus terms.

Wintaka's welcome bonus is available to new players only. Players who have previously held a Wintaka account under any name or payment method are not eligible for the welcome bonus. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will result in all bonus funds being forfeited.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the Wintaka platform use certified random number generators (RNG) that are independently audited on a regular basis. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages published for each game on Wintaka are accurate and reflect the actual long-term payout rates of those games. Wintaka does not modify game outcomes or adjust RTP rates based on individual player history.

Each game on Wintaka has its own specific rules that govern how the game is played, how winnings are calculated, and how disputes are resolved. These game-specific rules are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on Wintaka's servers, the server record is considered authoritative.

  • Technical malfunctions — including disconnections during a game round — void all bets placed in that round unless the game provider's rules state otherwise. Wintaka will credit any bets affected by a confirmed technical malfunction.
  • Wintaka reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is the product of a software error, data feed error, or any other technical fault that results in an incorrect outcome.
  • Players who exploit software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage will have their winnings from such exploitation forfeited and their accounts suspended.
  • Live dealer game results are final once the dealer has announced the outcome. No disputes regarding live dealer results will be accepted after the round has concluded and a new round has begun.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Wintaka platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses, and may result in legal action where applicable.

  • Creating or operating more than one Wintaka account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Wintaka platform or its games.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer games.
  • Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits on Wintaka.
  • Attempting to launder money or use the Wintaka platform for any illegal financial activity.
  • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Wintaka platform for financial gain.
  • Abusing bonus offers through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other method designed to circumvent bonus terms.
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing Wintaka staff or other players through any communication channel.
  • Providing false information during registration or identity verification.

Wintaka actively monitors all accounts for signs of prohibited activity using automated systems and manual review. Players found to be engaging in prohibited activities will have their accounts closed without notice and any funds associated with prohibited activity will be forfeited.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

Wintaka reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if Wintaka has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in a manner that is harmful to Wintaka, other players, or third parties.

Players may also request the closure of their own Wintaka account at any time by contacting Wintaka support. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, provided all withdrawal conditions have been met. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

  • Accounts suspended for security review will have withdrawals held pending the outcome of the review. Wintaka aims to complete security reviews within 72 hours.
  • Accounts closed due to violation of these terms will not have bonus balances returned. Real-money balances may be returned at Wintaka's discretion depending on the nature of the violation.
  • Players who have self-excluded from Wintaka may not re-register during the self-exclusion period. Attempts to do so will result in the new account being closed and any deposits returned.

10 Responsible Gaming

Wintaka is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Bangladesh players on the platform. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm.   • Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of Wintaka.

  • Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from Wintaka for a period of your choosing — from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
  • Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from Wintaka without permanently closing your account. Cooling-off periods range from 24 hours to 30 days.

11 Privacy and Data

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wintaka's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the Wintaka platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Wintaka is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Wintaka is not liable for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, mobile banking platform failures, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these terms limits Wintaka's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law in your jurisdiction.

13 Changes to These Terms

Wintaka reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, Wintaka will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Wintaka platform after any changes to these terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using Wintaka and may request account closure by contacting support. Any transactions completed before the effective date of changes will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of those transactions.
